3 palms has reopened in January 2010 under new management. The restaurant now has a new chef, and a completely revamped menu.

Situated in the building formerly occupied by Peg Leg Pub, 3 Palms Resto-lounge overlooks the Simpson Bay Lagoon. After a complete overhaul, the restaurant now combines elegant cosmopolitan and modern touches with a distinct Caribbean twist. South Beach meets St. Barths, St. Maarten style... Seating is available indoors, but also on the restaurant's covered outside deck overlooking the lagoon.
